ElevenCreative Brand Kit. Tagging Colors Is Not a Signed Clip
ElevenLabs Brand Kit (9 Oct 2026) stores colors, fonts, logos, and rules you tag with @. It does not write the claim, lock the still, or ship the clip.
ElevenCreative Brand Kit. Tagging Colors Is Not a Signed Clip
ElevenLabs published Brand Kit on 9 October 2026 (page last updated 12 October): a workspace object for colors, fonts, logos, reference images, and rules that you tag with @ inside Image & Video, Flows, and the ElevenCreative agent. That is a visual-identity desk. It is not a signed sentence, a locked first frame, or a YouTube upload. Voice and sound are coming next, not live. ClipCanva is not affiliated with ElevenLabs, VEED, or Kapwing. Lock the line on the AI script generator. Steal shot language from prompt ideas. Animate a signed still on image to video or generate motion on the AI video generator. Do not type @brand and call the Friday restock shipped.
Product facts (confirmed 13 October 2026)
| Source | Public claim | Workflow implication |
|---|---|---|
| Introducing Brand Kit (Renee Zhang, 9 Oct 2026; last updated 12 Oct 2026) | Brand Kit is “a new system from ElevenCreative that moves that context out of the prompt and into your workflow.” “Set it once, and it shapes every generation.” It “holds your visual identity as a single object”: colors, fonts, logos, reference images, and rules. Tag it with @ in Image & Video, Flows, and the ElevenCreative agent. Kits live in the workspace; teams share one kit; agencies can make a kit per brand or client. |
A reusable identity object. Not a writer. Not a renderer. |
| Same post, “What’s next” | “We’re already working to extend kits beyond visual identity — starting with your brand's voice and sound. Check back soon for more updates.” | Voice and sound are not claimed as live. Do not brief @kit as a voice clone. |
| Same post, close | “Brand Kit is available now in ElevenCreative” with a link to elevenlabs.io/creative. | Availability is the ElevenCreative surface named on that page. The post does not publish a Free/Creator/Pro SKU for Brand Kit. |
| ElevenCreative | “The all-in-one AI creative platform.” Named jobs: video from images or simple inputs, voiceovers, localization into 90+ languages, avatars, UGC ads, AI voices, music, sound effects, image generation. “Produce multi-format audio and video, shape it precisely in Studio.” | Studio, voice, and localization are other desks. Brand Kit does not collapse them. |
| Image to Video | Upload an image, describe motion, pick a model. The picker on this page names Veo 3.1, Gemini Omni Flash, Kling 3 Pro, Kling Omni, Gen-4 Aleph, Veo 3.1 Fast, Topaz, LTX V2. Copy also claims voice integration and export “up to 4K resolution with upscaling.” | A first-frame desk. @kit is not the still. |
| VEED AI Video Script Generator | Own URL. Hooks, key points, CTAs. Step 03: copy script or generate video. Separate AI Video Generator. | Writer and renderer stay different URLs. |
| Kapwing AI Video Script Generator | Own URL. Hooks, talking points, narration, CTAs. After the draft, Kapwing can turn the script into a video. Separate AI Video Generator for text, images, and scripts. | Kapwing still splits script and video. Neither page is a Brand Kit. |
ElevenLabs did not publish, on the pages above, a Brand Kit price, a plan gate, a promise that @kit keeps the legal line intact, or a live voice/sound kit. The ElevenCreative and Image & Video pages still showed a Creator+ “3x credits … until October 12” banner when checked on 13 October 2026. That date has passed. Do not brief the promo as live unless the live pricing page still says so today.
What Brand Kit is — and what it is not
Operators will collapse four objects into “we tagged the kit, so the ad is on brand.” The public pages refuse that.
| Surface | What the public page says it does | What it does not do | Fail condition |
|---|---|---|---|
| Brand Kit (9 Oct, updated 12 Oct) | Store colors, fonts, logos, reference images, rules; tag with @ |
Write the claim; lock the SKU still; disclose on YouTube | Shipping because the hex codes matched |
| Image & Video | Generate images and videos, including image-to-video from an upload | Become the signed pack shot | Uploading take three because the kit “knew the look” |
| Flows / ElevenCreative agent | Run a pipeline or a prompt that can tag the same kit | Sign Legal copy; pick the model for you | Asking the agent for “the restock ad” with no sentence and no still |
| Voice / sound kit | “Check back soon” | Live voice DNA, a music bed, a clone | Briefing “Brand Kit now does Eleven v4” |
| VEED / Kapwing script URLs | Draft hooks and CTAs on a script URL | Apply an ElevenLabs kit, or skip the still | Hitting generate-video from an unsigned paragraph |
If you are typing @, you are on an identity desk. If you uploaded a photo to animate, you are on a first-frame desk. If the bottle still needs a sentence Legal will defend, you are on a writer. If you cannot tell which, do not hit generate.
Pick the desk before you type @
The fail is treating “set it once” as “the clip is covered.” Map the job.
| Job | Where it actually runs | What you must supply | What the system may invent | Fail condition |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| One claim the clip must carry | AI script generator — or VEED / Kapwing if that is already your writer | Audience, seconds, the signed sentence | A second CTA, a health claim, a competitor name | Skipping the card because “the kit has our voice” — it does not, not yet |
| Recap of a long cut | AI video summarizer | Source cut, claims to keep, claims to strike | Compression that changes meaning | Feeding a webinar into Flows and calling the kit the editor |
| Still that must stay on-model | Stills, then image to video | Approved pack shot as frame one | Camera path, warped type, a second SKU | Letting reference images in the kit replace the signed still |
| Motion from a locked still | AI video generator or a named model on Compare | Locked still and/or locked caption, crop, seconds | Extra props, a spoken line you did not approve | Generating first, tagging @kit second, writing the line never |
| Visual identity across prompts | ElevenCreative Brand Kit, if that is your generator | Colors, fonts, logo rules, what the brand never does | A layout the rule did not forbid | Treating “never uses Comic Sans” as “never claims #1” |
| Model pick | Compare plus the live Image & Video picker | Job = still vs clip vs voice | A slide that says “ElevenLabs video model” | Assuming Eleven built the video model behind Veo / Kling / Omni |
If the brief is “stop every teammate inventing a new hex,” that can be Brand Kit. If the brief is “show this year’s two-pack on a kitchen board,” that is image-to-video. If the brief is “@kit will handle the restock because Flows can tag it,” you do not have a brief.
VEED still ends the script tool on copy script or generate video. Kapwing still keeps Script Generator and Video Generator as different nav items, then offers to turn a ready script into a video. Neither page says an ElevenLabs @ tag writes your CTA.
Creator / operator checklist
- Read the 9 October sentence out loud. Visual identity. Colors, fonts, logos, references, rules. If the next sentence in Slack is “Brand Kit is our voice now,” stop. Voice and sound are check back soon.
- Name the surface. Brand Kit ≠ Image & Video ≠ Studio ≠ v4 voice. Brief the picker you can screenshot.
- Cap the spoken line before you tag anything. Use the AI script generator. One sentence. Strike “#1,” ingredient claims, and competitor names you cannot defend. A kit will not know which sentence Legal signed.
- Put “what the brand never does” in the kit, not in chat. The post says rules capture what the palette cannot. If the rule is “no medical claims,” write that in the kit. If the rule lives in a Notion doc nobody tagged, the agent never saw it.
- Lock the still separately. Reference images teach mood. They are not this week’s pack shot. Animate the signed frame on image to video.
- Name the video model. ElevenCreative’s image-to-video page lists other companies’ models. Pick Veo, Omni, Kling, Aleph, or whatever the live picker shows. Confirm the same ID on Compare. Do not write “Eleven video” on the brief.
- Do not spend the expired banner. Creator+ 3x credits through 12 October is a date on a banner fetched a day later. Re-open pricing before you promise a rate.
- One kit per client, not one kit for the agency. The post is explicit: agencies can switch kits. Mixing two clients in one
@is how you put Brand A’s logo on Brand B’s bottle. - Keep VEED / Kapwing as a reminder, not a merge. Their script URLs still exist next to their video URLs. Yours should too: script then generate or image to video.
- Steal shot language, then write four beats. Use prompt ideas.
@kitis not a shot list.
Worked example: a Friday restock that does not start in @
Say the job is an 8-second restock cutdown. Legal line approved: Same formula. Same two-pack. Back in stock Friday. Someone opened ElevenLabs’ post, saw “set it once,” saw Flows, saw the agent, and told the channel “we tagged Brand Kit, the restock ads will look like us.”
That sentence mixes four desks.
The spoken line is a writer object. Put the approved sentence on the AI script generator. Brand Kit stores how the brand looks. It does not store that sentence. Voice-and-sound extension is not shipped. If you already live in VEED or Kapwing, their script tools are still script tools. Copy the signed line. Do not hit generate-video from the unsigned kit.
The beat list is a card object. Steal shot language from prompt ideas, then write four lines, not a chat novel:
- 0s — locked pack shot, no extra SKU
- 3s — one motion: the two-pack turns; label stays readable
- 6s — end card with the signed sentence only
- 8s — stop. No second CTA
The identity pass is a Brand Kit object. Load this client’s kit. Check the logo rule. Check “what the brand never does.” Tag @kit so the hex codes and typeface do not drift. That is the whole job of this desk.
The product shot is a first-frame object. Upload the signed still. Animate it on image to video or on ElevenCreative’s image-to-video picker with a named model. A kit reference of last year’s lifestyle set is not frame one. If the still is wrong, every restyle of it is wrong.
The assembly is an edit object. Flows can run a pipeline. Studio can cut. Neither one becomes Legal because the palette matched.
FAQ
Does tagging Brand Kit generate the video? No. The 9 October post says the kit shapes generations you run in Image & Video, Flows, or the agent. You still have to generate. You still have to supply a prompt, and for image-to-video, a still.
Does Brand Kit include our brand voice? Not on the page checked 13 October 2026. Voice and sound are in “What’s next,” with “check back soon.” Brief visual identity only.
Is Brand Kit a replacement for a script generator? No. VEED’s script URL still ends on copy script or generate video. Kapwing still ships a script URL next to a video URL. ClipCanva does the same. A palette will not know which sentence you are allowed to say.
Which video model does ElevenCreative use? The image-to-video page lists a picker, including Veo 3.1, Gemini Omni Flash, Kling 3 Pro, Kling Omni, Gen-4 Aleph, Veo 3.1 Fast, Topaz, and LTX V2. That list can change. Read the live picker. Confirm the job on Compare.
Do I still need a locked still if the kit has reference images? Yes. Reference images teach photography style, composition, and mood. They are not this week’s pack shot. Animate the signed frame.
Do not mix these objects
| Object | Tool | Done when |
|---|---|---|
| Signed line | AI script generator | One sentence Legal will defend |
| Shot card | Prompt ideas | Beats with times, no extra SKU |
| Visual identity | ElevenCreative Brand Kit (@kit) |
Colors, type, logo rules, “never does” |
| Locked still → motion | Image to video | Frame one is the signed pack shot |
| Generated footage | AI video generator | Crop, audio, and claim still match the card |
| Model pick | Compare | Named model, not “Eleven video” |
ElevenLabs gave you a way to stop the team reinventing the palette in every prompt. It did not give you a signed CTA, a locked bottle, or a live voice kit. Write the line, freeze the still, tag that kit, then generate — do not let an @ talk you into skipping the writer.
